Logistics
RISER:
Mimi
prefers a riser to stand on since she is vertically challenged.
MICROPHONE:
Lavalier
preferred most of the time.
VISUAL
AIDS:
Mimi
uses visual aids with programs more than 1 hour in length. She
uses Powerpoint 2000 for PC. Mimi will e-mail the presentation
well in advance of the engagement and/or bring or send a disk
to be used with your computer-generated projection system.
LIGHTING:
A
college drama major with an expressive face, Mimi knows the
most important thing is to be as fully lit as possible.
HANDOUTS:
For
programs more than 11/2 hours in length, a master set of participant
materials will be provided for the meeting planner to duplicate.
PRODUCT
SALES:
Groups
often purchase in advance Mimi's books, audio tapes and video
tape programs as a gift to audience members. In some cases,
these can be personalized for the specific audience. Contact
Mimi for more details. If products are not purchased in advance,
Mimi will provide order forms and the products on site. One
or two 6 ft. tables will be required.
AUDIO/VIDEO
RECORDING:
No
audio or video recorders of any kind may be used during the
presentation without the prior permission of Mimi Donaldson.
Any permissions will be granted at time of contracting ONLY.
LODGING:
Usually
at least one overnight is required, reserved for late arrival.
Please have the room and tax booked to the client whenever possible.
Mimi requires a non-smoking room ABSOLUTELY!
